Common questions
A recognized value is wrong. What should I do?
After recognition you land on the review screen first. Items recognition wasn't sure about, or that fall outside the reference range, are listed separately. Tap Original to compare with the photo and fix them. Nothing is saved to Records until you confirm.
Keeping the whole report flat and evenly lit when you take the photo makes recognition noticeably more accurate.
For a report already in Records, open it and tap the item to change the result, unit or reference range. Edited items are marked Corrected, and trends and stats use the new value right away.
How do I delete a report?
Open the report, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete this report. The images and all results are removed from this phone and your iCloud together, and can't be restored.
I got a new phone. How do I get my data back?
- Sign in to the same Apple Account on the new phone and make sure iCloud is on in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.
- Reinstall Zhibiaoben. Your reports sync back from iCloud automatically. With many reports, this can take a few minutes.
- Subscribers can restore their subscription in Settings > Restore purchases in the app.
If iCloud was off on the old phone, the data exists only on that phone and can't be moved.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Manage subscription in the app, or open iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, you can keep using the app until the end of the period you've paid for.
For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page. We can't issue refunds directly.
Will Zhibiaoben tell me whether my results are normal?
No. Zhibiaoben organizes your lab reports into records and draws trends. It doesn't diagnose or give medical advice. Ask your doctor what your results mean.
Can anyone else see my lab reports?
Reports are stored only in your own iCloud, and we can't see them. For recognition, images are sent to DeepSeek, on servers in mainland China, to be read. See the Privacy policy for details.
